Plug Valves

All valves and replacement parts are manufactured to the highest standards to ensure peak performance in a wide range of applications including Well Stimulation, Production Testing, Flow Back, Coiled Tubing, Cementing, and many other applications throughout the oil & gas industry. All valves are built and tested in strict accordance with API 6A.

Lo-Torq Plug Valves:

The Phoinix LT Plug Valves and replacement parts are interchangeable with all LT-style plug valves. Valve bore sizes include 1", 1.75", 2", 2.5", 3", 4" and 5" at all working pressures and are available in Standard and H2S fluid service.

Top-Entry Plug Valves:

The Phoinix TE Plug Valve bore sizes include 1", & 2" at all working pressures and are available in Standard and H2S fluid service.

Manifolds

Phoinix Manifolds are available in all standard configurations to meet a wide variety of applications. Our engineering staff can also design a custom manifold to meet your specific application. Other options include skids, valve actuation, and control panels.

Chokes

Phoinix Chokes are available in both Adjustable and Positive configurations with optional taps in the loaction of choice. The 2" choke has a 1" maximum orifice and uses standard FC140 trim. The 3" choke has a 2" maximum orifice and uses standard H2 style trim. The chokes are used in a variety of applilcations including Production Testing, Flowback, and Choke & Kill.

Frac Support

Phoinix Frac Support Equipment is built to your exact specification and design. All equipment is engineered and fully modeled with 3D software to make sure the customer is included in the design process and will get exactly what you want. Phoinix offers optional 3D fluid analysis to determine optimum flow for your custom frac trailer design. Phoinix applies the latest techniques for minimizing vibration, wear reduction, and ensuring that access for maintenance is made as easy as possible.
